Frontend Development Program
Organized in cooperation with UP School and Getir to increase female employment in technology.
Frontend Development program begins!
Successful graduates at the end of the program will be able to start their career at Getir.​
Program applications are closed as of 19 September.
Who Can Apply?

Preferably from Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering departments,
Women who graduated in 2020 and 2021 can apply.
​
We expect applicants to be intermediate in any coding language.

How long will the program last? ​
The program will start on October 20, 6 hours of technical training, 2 hours of optional
8 hours a week, including office hours, will last 12 weeks.
​
The technical training period is 72 hours.
​
In addition to technical training, additional TA Office Hours are opened so students can ask questions.
​
These sessions are 24 hours in total.

What awaits you in the program?

Frontend Development to be implemented by UP School Those who successfully complete the application phase of the program and are accepted to the program
To students the program offers:
​​
On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays for 12 weeks, a total of 8 hours a week, online training combining theory and practice in the field of Frontend Development and technical support sessions from carefully selected instructors.
​
They will gain Soft Skill / Succeeding together for 1 hour a week for 12 weeks; trainings in the fields of strong communication, critical thinking, creativity, problem solving, time and energy management, CV preparation, interview techniques and trial interviews.
​
​ Mentoring from experienced UP School alumni for 12 weeks.
​
Delivery of CVs for Frontend Developer position to UP School recruiting partners, with a priority to Getir, of those who successfully complete the program.
​
​ Ongoing mentoring process for post-employment support.
​
Engage in the UP School Alumni network; The right to provide mentorship support to new students and to participate in UP School Alumni trainings and activities if requested.​
What You're Curious About​
Is the UP School Frontend Development Program paid?
No, it meets the obligations expected from you and the program is completely free if you start a job in one of the companies referred to you by UP School at the end of the program.
In order to meet graduation obligations, what percentage of the courses should we attend during the program?
We expect you to have a minimum of 90% participation in Hard Skills, Soft Skills sessions and Mentor Live Streams.
If I do not receive a job offer at the end of the program, will I have to pay for the program?
No, we do not expect you to pay any tuition fees unless you receive at least 2 job offers at the end of the program.
What if I do not accept job offers from two different companies at the end of the program?
In this case, we expect you to pay the program fee of 4900₺.
What if I find a job myself?
If you find a job, we expect you to pay the program fee.
